Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered or picked up. Because we sell at outlet / direct-warehouse pricing and place orders with our suppliers quickly, please review dimensions, finishes, and order details carefully before purchasing - we're glad to answer any questions before you buy.

Order Cancellations

To keep delivery times short, your order enters processing with our suppliers shortly after it is placed. Because of this, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of placing your order.

• Within 48 hours of placing your order: cancel for a full refund.
• After 48 hours: your order is in processing and can no longer be cancelled for a full refund. If we approve a cancellation after 48 hours, a 30% restocking and handling charge applies, and any delivery fees already incurred are non-refundable.
• After delivery or pickup: all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
• Special-order, clearance, and final-sale items: non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your items at the time of delivery or pickup. If an item arrives with a manufacturer defect or transit damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@dmvfurnitureoutlet.com or (571) 500-5840 with photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit for verified defects or damage. Damage caused by a third-party shipper must also be reported within 48 hours so we can file the appropriate claim.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your financial institution. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this policy.
